Thank a Service Member Founder Receives Veteran of the Year Recognition by the City of Fulton, New York

New York state assemblyman Will Barclay presented Peter Allen with a citation from the New York State assembly recognizing him for being the City of Fulton veteran of the year as well as my military service and contributions to the Veterans community. The citation will become part of the New York State historical record.
